Creating Extraction

Run the extraction creation wizard. Select a web macro. Continue to the next step . You will need to create two data extractions: the first one will extract data from the master page, and the second one will extract data from the details page. Click Add to begin. Once the two extractions are created, you will need to link them:

•  Select the data pattern used for finding the state details links.

•  Select the field within the pattern that contains the transition link.

•  Select the action type to be performed over that field. That can be as simple as opening it in a new window or clicking on the link (if the details pages are popups).

In our example, respectively, DataPattern1 stands for the pattern, Link stands for the field, and the action type is "Open in New Window". Add the data source which will receive data from the details pages.

Set name and description for the extraction if necessary and then click Finish.
